This one is near and dear to me, because I still remember who no showed at my own wedding reception back home in DC. It was a black-tie affair that cost quite a bit per person, and what was worse than not showing up, some of them failed to apologize or make an excuse, ever.

Sadly, good manners are failing much of society. People don’t know how rude it is to no-show after accepting a wedding invitation, even though they should. One couple got so mad that they invoiced their guests, causing an international etiquette debate on social media. Don’t miss my take on it in The Huffington Post.

Until next time, happy wedding planning from Sandy Malone Weddings & Events!
